Our primary offer is the Site Security Vulnerability Assessment. Alongside it we take aerial inspection, mapping and photogrammetry work across six sectors — every engagement delivered under CAA Operational Authorisation, quoted per brief. Same analyst, same CAA-authorisation framework, same operating discipline — documented scope boundary, clean evidence trail, and dual-graded findings where the engagement includes assessment findings.
Scope note. Critical Asset deliverables are aerial-imagery and intelligence products. They are not chartered surveying, structural engineering, ecology, valuation or legal opinions, and are supplied for review by the client and the client’s qualified advisers. Subject to our standard terms & conditions.
Construction & civil engineering
Fortnightly or monthly progress captures suitable for progress records and as-built reference. RTK-corrected photogrammetry, stockpile volumetrics and as-built comparison against design models. Chain-of-custody evidence handling is available as a scoped extra; not included as standard on per-brief work.
Infrastructure & utilities
Non-disruptive visual aerial inspection of powerline corridors, substations, water assets, telecoms masts and rail infrastructure. High-zoom imagery keeps our pilots and your teams safely on the ground.
All work near operational utility, energy and rail infrastructure is subject to the asset owner’s written permission and any applicable exclusion zones (DNO, National Grid, Network Rail, MNO). We factor lead times into the quote.
Property & development
Pre-acquisition aerial imagery, planning-application visuals, phased development records and marketing assets for developers, housebuilders and commercial landlords.
Built environment inspection
High-resolution visual aerial inspection of roofs, facades, heritage buildings and tall structures — no scaffolding, no rope access, no disruption to occupants. This is a visual aerial inspection, not a chartered RICS condition or building survey. Critical Asset does not certify defect status, structural condition or fitness for purpose. For chartered work, we recommend that the client instruct appropriately qualified specialists.
Agriculture & land management
Data-led support for farms, estates, agronomists and environmental consultants: NDVI crop-health imagery, surface-wetness and field-boundary mapping for farm management, livestock counts and habitat imagery for ecologist review.
Field-boundary mapping is supplied for farm management and is not a Land Registry or RICS boundary survey. Habitat imagery is supplied for review by qualified ecologists (CIEEM members); we do not produce Phase 1 / UK Hab classifications or BNG baselines.
Industrial & commercial
Visual aerial inspections and aerial site capture across warehousing, distribution hubs, industrial roofs, yards and commercial estates — supporting manufacturing, logistics and facilities-management teams. Critical Asset does not certify structural condition or fitness for purpose. For certified structural inspections of stacks, flares or pressure vessels, we recommend that the client instruct PCN-qualified specialists.

Our flagship Site Security Vulnerability Assessment runs at fixed-price tiers. Managed Capture programmes run at fixed monthly retainers. Everything else — roof inspections, construction progress captures, photogrammetry, corridor work — is quoted per brief. No hourly rates, no open-ended bills.
